Valet is available immediately upon arrival where a brick pathway will take you to the Dining Room (DR) level. Wheelchairs can access the Lobby Level by using the elevator on the DR Level and take it to Level 2. Wheelchair accessible rooms, wide doorways, roll-in showers are available but in limited quantities and should be discussed with our front desk prior to room reservation to ensure we reserve the best room to fit your needs. The Spa is accessible via the Spa parking lot. Our pool is equip with a chair lift 24/7. Please contact our front desk in advance to discuss any specific requirements or requests to ensure we can provide the best possible experience during your stay.

We welcome cyclists at The Martha Washington Inn & Spa and offer bike-friendly rooms for those exploring the scenic beauty of Abingdon, Virginia for an additional $50/bike. Electric bikes are not permitted to be stored in rooms. Accommodations can be made for weather protection for e-bikes, however, The Martha does not provide locks for bike storage.

Guaranteed check-in time at The Martha Washington Inn & Spa is at 4:00 PM. Please bring a valid government-issued ID and a credit card for check-in. The full stay will be charged at check-in. Prior to check-in you'll receive an email detailing amenities and providing information that may be helpful to you during your stay. If you have any questions at check-in or thereafter, please reach out to our friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff!

Our cancellation policy at The Martha Washington Inn & Spa is 7 days prior to arrival for standard rooms (Superior or Deluxe) and 14 days for all other room types. If a room is cancelled after the cancellation policy prior to arrival then the first night will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the room.

The Martha Washington Inn & Spa is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, guest rooms, and public spaces. We ask that you do not smoke on the front porch, balconies, fire escapes, or near doorways or you may be subject to a $200 smoking fee. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for everyone.

A complimentary hot breakfast for hotel guests is served in Sisters (DR Level) from 7AM until 10AM daily. Breakfast changes daily and substitutions are not available, however, we can accommodate dietary restrictions.

Sisters American Grill is open daily 5PM-9PM. Executive Chef Josh Young, the visionary behind our upscale establishment, is dedicated to redefining the dining experience. Chef Young sources many of our dishes, even several of the ingredients in our signature sauces, from local farmers and producers.
