Using our website
We want everyone to find what they need here
We're working to make themartha.com welcoming and straightforward for as many people as possible. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and we'll keep improving as we update the site.
If something on the site is hard to read, navigate, or use, tell us what happened — by phone, email, or the form below — and we'll do our best to help.

A few things we've built in
-
Keyboard-friendly navigation
Most links, menus, and forms on themartha.com can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
-
Skip links
Every page includes skip links at the top so you can jump straight to the main content or the footer.
-
Photo descriptions
Images on the site include alt text, and we're continuing to improve descriptions on older photos and galleries.
-
Clear inquiry forms
Our contact, careers, and accessibility feedback forms use visible labels and mark required fields.
-
Layouts that adapt
Pages are designed to read comfortably on phones, tablets, and desktops.
What we don't control
Parts of our site link out to tools run by other companies. Those experiences may not work the same way as themartha.com itself.
Room reservations go through WebRezPro at secure.webrez.com and open in a new window. Spa appointments use SpaTime at na.spatime.com. The Little Shop lives at shopthemartha.com. We also link to PDF menus, embedded maps, and social or ticketing sites for events.
Some pages and photos are still being refreshed. If you spot something that's hard to use, we'd genuinely like to know.
Need help booking a room or spa visit? Call us at (276) 628-3161 and we'll walk you through it.
