Accommodations
We offer 14 suites and 49 guest rooms each of which feature their own unique character and personality in a variety of Kings, Queens and Double beds.
Complimentary full American Breakfast is served each morning 7am-10am and your room includes a $25 dining credit towards Sister's American Grill during your stay. We provide, at no charge, 24/7 coffee, teas and hot chocolate and all overnight guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary glass of fine port and some idle conversation in the Lobby before retiring to ensure a good night's sleep!
Please note that a few of our guest rooms do require a flight of stairs. Let our reservationists know if that presents a difficulty for you and we will make adjustments to your reservation prior to your arrival.

The Premiere Suite 2 Kings (George's Bed'n Parlor) is a grand escape for those seeking the best. Two king-sized beds in separate bedrooms, a spacious living area, two bathrooms, and exclusive features make this suite perfect for indulgence.
Family Suite 2 Queens, 1 King
Ideal for larger groups or families, our Family Suite offers the best of both worlds. With two queen-sized beds in one room and one king-sized bed in another, a roomy living area in between the two rooms, and a spacious bathroom to accommodate, it's a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience.

Check-In & Check-Out
- We guarantee check-in at 4pm.
- If you arrive early, you are welcome to the facilities and we can store your bags.
- Check-out is at 11AM.
Smoke-Free Property
The Martha is a smoke-free property. By reserving a room you acknowledge we are a smoke-free property and if you or anyone in your party smokes in your room, you will be charged an extra $200 for the additional cleaning cost required.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations for our Suites require cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of 1st night deposit.
- Reservations for our Standard and Deluxe Rooms require cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of 1st night deposit.
