The Spa offers a variety of treatment options to accommodate the wants and needs of all who visit. When considering the menu of services, keep in mind that some services are geared towards relaxation, while others are more therapeutic and result driven. The Spa booking team is more than happy to provide in depth descriptions of all treatments to meet your expectations to the full extent. All service providers are fully licensed in their fields and trained to provide an exceptional atmosphere to meet the needs of each client.
The Spa houses a fitness area featuring advanced Life Fitness exercise equipment, changing areas with lockers and steam rooms, and shower facilities. Adjoining The Spa is our natatorium with a retractable roof where guests can swim in our therapeutic pool year-round. Outside, guests can enjoy the wrap around tanning deck, waterfall Jacuzzi, tennis/ pickleball courts, and 18-hole mini golf course. Same-day spa services over $100 include use of the above property amenities and all spa guests are offered a complimentary mimosa or hot tea with their service. The Spa also offers a Lunch at Leisure from 10-2 daily with fresh and made-to-order food options from Sisters American Grille.

Gift cards may be purchased by calling The Spa at (276) 619-5279. Whether you're pampering friends, family, or colleagues, a Spa at The Martha gift card is a treat that keeps on giving.
We strongly recommend booking spa appointments when reserving your room. In-house guests may dial ext. 152. All others call (276) 619-5279 or email Spa@themartha.com. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your service for check-in, locker setup, and a heated neck wrap before your treatment begins.
Gratuity is not included in pricing but may be added at checkout. We recommend a minimum of 20% to ensure our technicians are fairly compensated.
Complimentary robes, slippers, and lockers are provided. Leave valuables in your room or safe. Our staff uses professional draping to ensure your modesty is never compromised.
Your spa time is held exclusively for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are charged 50% of the treatment price. A credit card is required when booking.
Please disclose health conditions that may affect your experience, such as pregnancy or high blood pressure. Avoid sun exposure for a few hours after skincare treatments.
